With this module, welding programs for welding individual piping elements together can be created very quickly. The elements currently available are flanges, centric and eccentric reducers, elbows, tees and heads.
The weld pattern designer is used to create the weld patterns for the butt welds.
In the simulation, the programs are checked for reachability and collision in the virtual cell, and finally the robot program is exported to the controller of the robot system.
